Join us for a hands-on session focused on pollution, specifically how it ends up in our river and what effect this has on the plants and animals that depend on it, humans included! This in-person event, designed for homeschool families, will take place at the Friends of the Chemung River office, Midtown 111 building, Suite 8, North Main Street, Elmira, NY. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to be a part of the solution!

This program uses our Enviroscape, a gift of the Rotary Club. We will be using spray bottles and small toys to model how pollution moves through our watershed.

Please register your child(ren) only. We have 20 children’s spots available, and you are encouraged to join your child during the session so you can continue these practices at home.
