Chemung River Fest is Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 12pm – 6pm at the Grove Street Boat Launch in Elmira, NY. We will have a bounce house, face painting, kayaking, an ice cream truck, food vendors, and fun! Please join us for this free community event–parking is available on the street or you can use the bus service to get dropped off right around the corner. The boat launch will be closed to non-emergency vehicles for the duration of the event.
