August 6th from 9am-2pm – Bottcher’s Landing to Grove (9-mile Fitness Paddle). Range of paddle times will be from 10am-1pm, and end at Los Panchos Restaurant in Elmira.

• Proper water shoes (not flip flops)

• Bug Spray

Kayak Rentals and BYOBoat Shuttles are available. More information is provided once you go through registration and purchase your tickets. All participants will be shuttled between parking site and launch sites. All abilities are welcome, life jackets and equipment will be provided, as these are guided tours!
